Trade Terms

For specific details on our trade terms, please request an account form or contact us for further information. As a general overview of our trade terms, the following points apply:

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.
• Prices exclude Goods and Services Tax.
• Prices exclude freight charges.
• Prices shown can change without prior notification.
• Products are priced and sold as 'each' unless otherwise specified.
• Customer accepts ownership of goods upon despatch from Oceans Floral warehouse.
• Please check all parcels carefully, by signing for a consignment you are formally accepting the goods in the condition in which they were received.
• Any discrepancies, freight damage, or faulty merchandise must be reported by email within 48 hours.
• Goods cannot be returned on basis of change of mind, unsold or unused.
• Once an order has been made and paid for, it is final and cannot be cancelled.
• Oceans Floral Limited does not accept responsibility for goods not supplied due to current out of stock or for any other reason beyond their control.
• In the event that items ordered cannot be supplied, we will offer a substitute or refund the item if no suitable substitute can be found.
• If you wish to collect your order, you must place your order by 12.00 noon (on working days) the day before you plan to collect. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready for collection.
