At Ocean Floral Limited, we take all necessary care to ensure all products you order are delivered to you in top condition. However, at times incorrect products do get sent or products may arrive damaged. Here are guidelines to follow in the event that you need to return a product.
All damaged/faulty or incorrect goods received must be reported to Oceans Floral Limited immediately or within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Goods cannot be returned if you change your mind on your purchases.
For goods damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging for our courier to collect and for verification purposes.
Once you have contacted us regarding your returns, you will be issued with a returns reference number.
The returns reference number must be clearly printed on all carton(s) and paperwork accompanying the returns.
All returns must be sent to this address below unless otherwise advised.
