Delivery Policy

Orders will be sent by Courier and signature is required upon delivery. If no one is around to sign for the delivery and re-delivery is required, there may be a surcharge to re-deliver the parcel(s). This can be avoided if we have clear instructions to leave parcel(s) behind if no one is around to sign for the delivery.

Normal deliveries will take between 2 to 5 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery on specific time frames as this is beyond our control.

During peak seasons e.g. Christmas, delivery times may take longer due to the higher-than-normal volumes of freight. Please take this into consideration when placing your orders.

All freight charges are not inclusive of GST. All freight charges are applicable for sending within New Zealand only. They are estimated freight charges and bulky or heavy items and rural delivery addresses may incur extra charges.

Shipping charges outside of New Zealand will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please email us your request and we will get back to you with shipping costs.
